Photography Exhibition - Residue of Existence

Layers of multicultural and diverse co-existence have created a rich and vibrant environment. How we react and interact creates a Residue of Existence.
Residue Of Existence is the second exhibition at the Hub Community Centre, being hosted by Rosetta Art Centre. The show features photography and textile works by members of the nearby Rosetta Art Centre, based around the theme of Residue Of Existence.
As the title suggests, the work in this exhibition centres around elements or objects that are left behind from an earlier indicated existence. This focus on the post-event aftermath makes for a more subtle, contemplative and suggestive interaction between the audience and the works on display.

This exhibition is the second of three consecutive shows at the Hub organised by the ‘Useless Art Group’ – an organisation dedicated to bringing art to the community of East London.
